Absolute Truth
All Bible quotes come from the New International Version (NIV).
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. (Psalms 19:1-4a)
The Belt of Truth
Ephesians 6:14a

The devil likes to get us down on ourselves with his lies.
That's why the Belt of Truth is an important part of the spiritual armor St. Paul wrote about.
Roll your cursor over the jewels in the belt to get God's truth for every believer.
Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. (John 8:32)
Armaments of Praise
Holy Hand Grenades
These aren't like the one in Monty Python's Holy Grail. They're effective in helping us praise God in all circumstances, even when we don't feel like it.
Praising God opens our spirits to receive His blessings of forgiveness, mercy, grace, peace, and joy.
Moreover, the enemy runs away when the Lord God is praised because he can't stand listening to it!
Choose a grenade from the rack to lob some praise.
Guided Cruise Missiles
Choose a missile from the rack to launch some high-stokage praise.

* * * * * * * THINK SNOW! * * * * * * *

The snow kept coming! Look at it piled on both sides of my driveway (above).
In between the snowbanks on the driveway, I looked longingly at my convertible (right).

Even Indy was buried in the white stuff (left), although in my opinion, the speedway looks better with cars on it.
Although I was less than thrilled with all this snow, God's Word has something else to say about it:
"Come now, let us reason together," says the Lord, "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;" (Isaiah 1:18a)
Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. (Psalms 51:7)

The snow reminded us how clean God has washed us of our sins through the Christ's work, and He must think we need lots of reminder because look how much was dumped on us!
And look how clean! There's a good reason the Scripture compares our cleanliness to snow because it's about the whitest thing in God's creation (right).
